I would love the recipe for the above. I found it on the Bundaberg brown sugar package while staying at my daughter's in Brisbane. of course I didn't keep it! C has Coeliac disease and this recipe adapted beautifully to white wings gluten free flour. I was able to directly substitute which is not always successful

I love this recipe. I just made it again today and use it for both desert and afternoon tea. The recipe is still on the back of every bag of Bundaberg brown suger that I buy, that is the best value and quality brown sugar that I have found.
