Sticky Chicken Drumsticks

Serves 4

  • 8 chicken drumsticks (1.2 kilo)
    ½ cup tomato sauce
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon mustard powder
    ¼ cup Bundaberg Rich Brown Sugar
    3 cloves garlic, crushed

1. Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line a large baking dish with non-stick baking paper.
2. Make 2 slashes in the thickest part of each drumstick and place in prepared dish.
3. Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon half of mixture over chicken; bake 20 minutes. Spoon remaining mixture over chicken; bake for 20 minutes longer or until cooked through. Serve with vegetables or salad.
